Dear Pupils and Parents,

It’s nearly term-time again, as another academic year flashes by. This last term has seen a number of successes, including a very encouraging set of ABRSM exam results and a splendid summer concert in which, as last time, a number of our younger pupils took to the stage for the very first time.

2010-2011 will see a number of changes. As you will see from our revised fee structure, we’ve changed how we charge for lessons. For the sake of simplicity, we now charge just one rate, but a number of our workshop events on Saturdays are now free of charge. We hope that more of you will be present at these events – they are educationally beneficial, part of our commitment to your all-round musical education – and, dare I say it, fun, too!

We are also instituting a number of staff concerts as well this year, given by Milsom School of Music staff, and joined by some of their friends. Please keep an eye out for such events in the ‘Forthcoming Events’ listings. We hope to put this information up as soon as possible.

We hope that you’ve all had a really good summer and look forward to welcoming you back from September 6th onwards.
